If you are having a Video appointment, you will receive a link via our Jane scheduling system. You can plan to arrive a few minutes early if you wish, just like you would if you were coming into the office :) It is private, secure and there is no recording made.
If you prefer to have a Phone appointment, Dr Chelsea will call you at your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the doctors day that could have been offered to another patient who is needing care for their health concerns. As such, we request 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the visit fee.
